1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Tags must be intact

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • No stains, damage, or washing

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective product

  • Out-of-stock after payment

Refund method:

  • For online payments → refunded to original payment method

  • For COD orders → bank transfer or store credit
